Terms of service
Effective July 13, 2026
These pilot terms are a practical starting point and are not a substitute for review by qualified counsel. Replace the operator name, address, governing law, refund terms, and final service commitments before taking production payments.
The service
ResidentAI provides an AI-powered resident-experience platform for organizing unit and community records, maintenance requests, amenities, building services, documents, packages, events, and community-specific answers. The service may include property-branding and resident move-in handoff features.
No dispatch guarantee or professional advice
ResidentAI does not guarantee maintenance response times, verify contractor work, inspect units, provide emergency services, or replace advice from licensed contractors, property managers, attorneys, insurance professionals, or other qualified experts. Records may be incomplete, outdated, or supplied by users. For life-safety emergencies, residents must contact emergency services directly.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, protect access links, upload only information they have the right to use, and avoid illegal, infringing, harmful, or highly sensitive content. Users are responsible for confirming safety-critical instructions with the source manual, the property team, or a qualified professional.
Access and permissions
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and grant ResidentAI the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and hand it off as directed. A property team controls community-wide configuration and may revoke resident access consistent with the applicable lease. Move-in handoff is intended to move control of the resident passport between residents of a unit, not to determine or alter any lease, tenancy, or legal occupancy right.
Availability and changes
Pilot features may change as the product is tested. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain the service, or comply with law. Any paid pilot scope, delivery date, and cancellation terms should also be stated on the order form or master service agreement.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. ResidentAI does not warrant that records are complete, that reminders prevent damage, or that AI-generated answers or triage suggestions are error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResidentAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on incomplete resident or property records. Final commercial terms should include a liability cap reviewed by counsel.
